Our Process
Whether it’s a place to call home, or an investment property, here’s what you can expect when working with us:

Engagement
Tell us about your project, your wants and needs and the vision for your home.
02.
Agreement
Our Quote Agreement will be sent to you and it is at this stage you will give further details about your projects specifications, budget and plans.
03.
Site Inspections + Design
Our Head Builder & Project Manager, Michael, will meet you onsite to discuss your design goals and vision and to fine-tune specifications for the quoting process. It is at this stage that we will give our recommendations (while taking your feedback into consideration) and discuss requirements.
04.
Estimating + Approval
We will begin groundwork to build your estimate and send through to you. Once you have approved your design and costings we will prepare a contract based on the agreed plans, cost and specifications in your quote.
05.
Build + Project Management
We pride ourselves on our detailed planning process, open communication, transparency and include you in every aspect of the decision-making, from concept to completion. Our goal is to deliver your project in a timely manner, with the highest quality workmanship and achieve a result you’re proud of.
06.
Handover
A final walk-through is done with our Head Builder & Project Manager and official handover is complete. Congratulations!
